Zines first emerged in the- BLAH, BLAH, BLAH- But Zines are much, much more- I found and continue to find zines as the underground pipeline of free expression dating back to the dudes making marks in clay with sticks. Zines are what the Pharaoh's scribes created on their days off and what the Bard wrote to decompress between yarns. Zines screamed FREEDOM at me and so I began creating them- they, in turn, crawled into my head and began creating me.
