Account Info
When you register an account with us, most of your information stays in our system for easy reference. This means you don't have to fill in all the same information every time you place an order.

If you want to change your account information such as your billing address, phone number, or email address, do this before you place your next order by signing in to your account and clicking on the 'edit info' link.

If you forgot your password, you can click on the lost password link to have it sent to you. Or you can email or call and we can reset your password for you.

You no longer have to have an account to make a purchase. At checkout, simply choose to place your order without making an account. You must make an account when purchasing digital download items though.

Payment Info
If you have an account and would like to change or review your selected payment method, you can do this the next time you place your order. When signing in, remember to click the 'Change my payment information' box.

The Krishna.com Store is a secure site, but if you would like, you can complete your order now, then call, mail, or email your payment information seperately.

We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Discover), as well as PayPal, checks, and money orders.

When paying by check, please include a copy of your invoice, or write your order number on your check. We hold your order until the check has cleared our bank (from 4-10 business days). We cannot hold the items you ordered until we receive your check. All checks must be in US dollars drawn on a US financial institution.

International customers are encouraged to use either PayPal or American Express. Our ongoing fight against fraud prohibits us shipping an order to an unconfirned international address, and sometimes this verification process can take more than two weeks.

Order Status
We try to keep you up to date on the status off your order as much as possible by email. If you have questions, simply email us with your order number and the name on the order, and we can give you more information.

You will receive emails regarding your order, so please check your email periodically. We will contact you if items are out of stock, or your payment information needs to be updated, and to let you know when and how your order shipped.

Track Packages
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation.

If your order was shipped by UPS (US only), you should expect an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can track this at www.ups.com

Many international orders are trackable depending on the destination country's computer system compliance with the US Post's. We can give you your tracking number on request and it may be tracked at www.usps.com. This is often only a simplified system that will tell you if the package has been sent and delivered to the final destination.

Returns
We are commited to your satisfaction with our products and our customer service.

Most items may be returned within 30 days in their original unused condition, for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

However, books, CDs(MP3, Data or Audio), cassettes, and videos are not returnable, unless they are defective. Please return within seven days for replacement.

Other non-returnable items include noserings, nose pins, earrings, food items (such as granola bars), personal care items (like soaps, shampoos, henna, oils and perfumes), and incense and resins. If you have questions about any of these items, please contact us for assistance.

On voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for for return postage. On returns due to damaged/defective merchandise, or when the wrong item was shipped, return postage is credited to your account for future purchases.

Please package your return order appropriately. Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging cannot be accepted as 'original unused condition'.

You must contact us regarding your return to be sure to receive the appropriate credit, exchange, or refund. Unless otherwise arranged, use only standard rates of shipping your return. You will not receive credit or refunds for expedited shipping rates.

Exchanges
We are commited to your satisfaction with our products and our customer service.

Refunds & Replacements
We are commited to your satisfaction with our products and our customer service. In most cases we will issue a refund in the form of a store credit.

Review the above Returns and Exchanges policies to know which type of product has specific refund and replacement requirements. Special services such as gift wrapping are not subject to refund.

If the product is defective or damaged, we will replace or refund you as soon as possible. Voluntary refunds and replacement requests will also be treated with the same respect.

Refunds are made in the same method the payment was made during the first 30 days after the purchase. After that, we may choose to issue you a check. International customers, please note that refunds are usually made in the form of a credit to your account towards future purchases, or by PayPal to applicable countries.

If you have any questions about refunds or replacements on specific items, or to initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us right away. Refund requests more than 60 days after the purchase are considered but not gauranteed.

Sales & Promotions
Sale and promotional prices are good on stated merchandise at the time of purchase.

All promotional offers or sale prices are good until the stated expiration date or while supplies last. If there is no expiration date, sale prices or promotional offers expire 30 days from publication date.

Storewide sales or similar discounts do not apply to shipping fees, sales tax, orders already placed (previous orders), existing promotions, products already on sale, magazine subscriptions, gift certificates, most book sets and large books, some deity sets, mridanga drums and large instruments, some digital media such as VedaBase and Vedabase Upgrade, and some special books like the Krsna Book Deluxe and Brhad Bhagavatamrta. Some other merchandise excluded as available. Click here for a list of most regular items that are sale-exempt. In-stock merchandise only; no rain-checks. Discounted price will display at final order confirmation page. If item does not display a discounted price, it likely is not able to be discounted.

Free item promotions are good while supplies last. The stated order minimum refers to the order subtotal before shipping and applicable sales tax. One item free per order unless otherwise stated. If there are several sizes/colors to choose from, and run out of the selected, we will make a logical substitution if possible so as not to delay shipping your order. Additional quantites of that item on an order will be removed from the order. When the order only includes non-stocked merchandise (like drop-shipped or special order), we reserve the right to choose the shipping method for the free gift item.

Shipping promotions apply only to shipping fees to the stated destination. They do not include any customs fees, duty or taxes for that shipment. Shipping method may vary and is at the discretion of the shipping manager at the time of the shipment. In-stock merchandise only. New orders only. Does not apply to clearance/sale items only; orders must contain regularly price merchandise. Excludes these items: mrdanga drums. Your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Clearance Items
Clearance items are non-returnable. We cannot guarantee availability of clearance items. If we run out before your order reaches us, we'll let you know.

All items found in the Bargain Bazaar area of the store are considered clearance. All items specifically footnoted 'clearance' or 'super clearance' on your invoice/receipt are clearance.

We often put items on clearance if we only have a few left and don't expect to have anymore. There usually isn't anything wrong with these items. They are non-returnable.

We also offer a discounted price on items that are damaged, marked, scratch/scuffed, incomplete, defective, irregular, or in some way not up to our quality standards. Any problems with the item are stated. Items like these are clearance and are not returnable.

Prices on clearance items are only valid on the day they are published. Sale prices and 'super clearance' price are especially subject to change based on periodic promotions or extended sales. You will receive the clearance price as it is published at the time of your purchase.

Promotional discounts or storewide sales do not apply to items already on sale. Gift certificates and store credits are good towards the clearance or sale item though.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in almost any denomination. Contact us for a custom amount if you the desired amount is not available in the online store.

Gift certificates are good towards merchandise, shipping fees and taxes--they are just like cash. Although we have no expiration date on gift certificates, we hope you follow a 'reasonable expectaion' rule. Due to software upgrades and data archiving, it may be difficult to verify a gift certificate more than two years old.

When you purchase a gift certificate, we first process your payment and verify the details, before issuing the certificate. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to authenticate and issue a certificate.

You can choose to have the gift certificate mailed or emailed to yourself or the recipient. Please contact us to find out more.

Shipping
Packages sent to US destinations are shipped by UPS, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and military addresses which are shipped by US Post. We can also ship US Post on request. In special situations, was can also ship by Parcel Post or Media Mail, but offer no guarantees on these orders once they leave our shipping facility.

Orders sent to international destinations are shipped by US Post for 'Standard' and 'Expedited' levels, and by UPS for the 'Urgent' level. Due to US Post upgrades, many levels of service are now trackable and insurable. Although the tracking service applies to over 190 countries, it is dependant on the destination country's computer and tracking system, often only providing information that the package was sent and received.

Shipping fees can vary and are determined by the rate charged by the shipping company. We cannot guarantee any published shipping rates older than 30 days. Shipping times are based on the shipper's published estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping 'days' refer to business days of the shipper (e.g. UPS 2nd Day service ordered on a Thursday would arrive by end of day Monday since Saturday and Sunday are not standard ship days for UPS).

We make every attempt to comply with the destination country's shipping rules and policies. Some items cannot be shipped to international destinations. Taxes, tarrifs, and duty fees are the responsibility of the packages receiver; we cannot estimate or pre-pay any of these fees.

Please allow the stated ship-time before contacting us regarding a lost package. We will make every attempt to locate lost packages with the shipper once the package is reasonably late. Some international orders shipped by our 'Standard' service are not insurable and we may contact you to arrange a shipping upgrade in order to ensure the packages safe delivery. Packages that cannot be insured are not our responsibility once thay leave our shipping facility. Domestic packages shipped by US Post Media Mail and Parcel Post are not guaranteed either.

Drop-Shipping
Items specified as drop shipped are sent from a location other than the Krishna.com warehouse. If your order contains standard stocked items as well as drop shipped items, there may be additional shipping fees charged. We will contact you with final order information as we process your order.

We offer this drop ship option to provide you with a reliable source for some of the more hard-to-find items. Please allow two to three extra business days on top of the stated shipping times for these items.

All standard shipping policies apply to drop shipped orders. If there are any problems with your drop ship order, you can contact us directly and we will correct it for you.

Our drop-ship suppliers receive only your shipping information, and treat your personal information with the same security and respect that we do.

Because we don't have up-to-date inventory information on hand, availability may vary. We will do our best to make sure your order is shipped accurately and timely.

Back Orders
We cannot guarantee availability on all items in the Krishna.com Store.

If an item you ordered is no longer available, we remove it from your order and ship the remainder of your items. You are billed for only what is shipped from our warehouse.

When an item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will first contact you for your preference on how to proceed. We generally email or phone, depending on the contact information we have for you. For this reason we ask that you regulary check the email address you used to initiate a purchase with the online store, or include contact information with all correspondence.

If attempts to reach you are not successful, we ship out the part of your order that is available so as not to delay your order, and adjust your invoice and payment accordingly. The items that are out of stock are put on backorder status and remain there until we are able to contact you.

Items that are put on backorder are not guaranteed. You are not charged for any items on backorder. If you overpayed for these items, such as a PayPal payment, you are issued a credit unless other arrangements are made. Once an item on backorder is in stock again, you will be contacted for final approval before they are shipped unless other arrangements have been made. If the item has been on backorder for more than 90 days, we cannot gaurantee the final retail price due to changed in the cost of the item.

When an item has been put on notification status, it is usually something that is out of print, discontinued, or in other ways difficult to locate. We attempt to locate these items and will notify you if some should become available. This is a special service we provide and is not a guarantee.

Special Orders
As a service to our customers, we would like to have everything available at all times. But since this is not practical or possible, some items may be designated as 'Special Order'.

This means that when you request a special order item, we will attempt to order it for you, and this may add several days to the delivery time. In most cases, your items are shipped to us first so we can check them for quality and accuracy. Sometimes your items will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer. We will let you know when and how to expect your items.

If you order both in-stock and special order items at the same time, we will first contact you for your preference on how to proceed. We generally email or phone, depending on the contact information we have for you. We can either ship your order as it is available, or we can hold your order until all items are ready to ship.

Because of this, there may be an increase in shipping fees. We will contact you with complete information before shipping items when your shipping fees change. We make every attempt to keep this cost low for you.

Although we strive to publish the correct information on the website and in all catalogs, fliers and brochures, sometimes errors are made and typos get published. For this we appologize.

We reserve the right to correct mistaken information or typographical errors. If this affects your order in any way, we will contact you and correct it before completing any transaction.

Please contact us if you think the information you are given is incorrect. We are always ready to fix typos and mistakes on the website, and appreciate your help in spotting any errors. Use 'reasonable expectation' when shopping this, or any, website. If it looks too good to be true, it's probably an error, and we appologize for this.

Clothing Size Charts
Because 'standard' clothing sizes vary so much from garment to garment, and body types vary, we try to give you complete information on an items measurements in the product description.

These measurements are for the item itself. Please take into account the intended looseness of the item, and when in doubt, contact us for recommendations, or choose one size larger than you would normally wear.

When you purchase digital downloads, we are only supplying the digital media, not a physical copy of the item. Once your item has completely downloaded, Krishna.com is not responsible for replacement or refunds unless the original download is defective.

We know that every computer is different, so every shopper has a different experience while browsing in the Krishna.com Store. We try to desing for the broadest spectrum of users.

Sometimes colors look different on your monitor, so please be aware that what you receive may not be exactly the same as the picture. We try to get it as close as possible. If you have questions, please contact us.

While shopping the Krishna.com store, you must have your cookies enabled in order for our software to keep track of your shopping cart and help you through the checkout process. Finding Products
Are you having trouble finding products you know we have?

If you know we have something but are having difficulty finding it here are some things to keep in mind:
-We may be out of stock. You can call or email to find out when we will have more in stock, and to put an item on backorder or notification for you.
-Check your search words. Try broader search terms (fewer words) if you get no search results, or narrow your search if you get too many results. Also look at your spelling. There are many popular variations of spellings for Sanskrit, Bengali, and Hindi words and titles. We try to standardize our spelling, and allow for the more common variations, but sometimes don't cover all of them.
-We might not have it anymore or yet. If you think we should carry something that we do not have (or don't have anymore), let us know you want it. We're here to support your Krishna conscious lifestyle.

Still having trouble finding something?

-If you're having any trouble finding with anything related to purchases or the store, try our LiveHelp, or call or email. We'll be happy to help you find what you're looking for.

Gift Shipping
We like to offer to ship orders to friends and family around the world to help with your gift-giving for holidays and special occasions.

For your security, we do not automatically fulfill these orders. We scrutinize orders based on the information you give us, double checking credit card/payment information, confirming addresses and phone numbers with banks, and often call you directly. These steps are all to protect you from fraudulent purchases.

Sometimes this causes a delay in shipping your package. And if we cannot verifty the information, we often elect to hold the order until it can be confirmed. We always err on the side of caution because your personal and financial identity are a high priority to us.

This means it is very important for you to fill in the phone number field when placing your order online, and to check the email address you registered your order with. We will contact you by phone or email as soon as we can so as not to delay your order any more than necessary.

Some helpful tips if you wish to send an order to an address other than your billing address:
-At checkout, register as a customer or sign in to your account instead of using the anonymous checkout option.
-Call or email us after placing your order online, or call to place your order so we can start the verification process immediately.
-Shipping to address outside the US, or outside your country of residence can often be difficult to verify in a timely manner. You may wish to have the order shipped to your address instead, and arrange delivery to the final destination personaly.

Promotional Codes
If you have a promomotional code or gift certificate code, you should enter it in the 'Promo Code/Gift Certificate' field during checkout.

For returning customers, this is on the first page of checkout where you are prompted to log in.

If you are registering as a new customer, or are opting for the anonymous checkout (placing your order without creating an account), this will be on the following page below your billing information.

Your promotional discount or gift certificate amount will display on your order confirmation page before you finalize your order.

Most promotional discounts do not include items already on sale. There are some items that are not included in any promotional offers including: some books or book sets, mridanga drums and other musical instruments (excluding kartals, gongs and whompers), Back to Godhead magazine subscriptions, some deity sets, digital products (like Vedabase) and gift certificates. Gift certificates are treated like any other payment method and are good towards all merchandise including sale and clearance items, shipping, and sales tax.

Unless otherwise stated, sale and promotional offers and are only good for thirty days from issue date. Individual sale prices are subject to change and only good on in-stock merchandise.

Product Availability
Because we make an effort to support small businesses, individual artists and authors, and the craftsmen and women of India, product availability sometimes varies.

Unconfirmed sales, quality control and many other factors influence product availability, so we cannot guarantee that the items in your order will be immediately available.

If we do not have the item you desire in stock, but know we will be recieving it reasonably soon, we can place the item on back order for you. If we are not sure if or when we will receive the item, we can put it on notification for you. Read more about back orders and notification...

We may be out of stock on an item you are looking for, so if you can't find it online, call or email us to find out the status of availability. If we don't carry the item, your request will be forwarded to our buyers. Security & Privacy
Our site is certified secure. With most browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape, etc), you can see that throughout our checkout process, the 'SSL secure' icon is active and will give you complete certification info.

If for any reason you don't wish to enter your payment information while placing your order online, you can still finalize your order (choose check/moneyorder option), and then contact us by phone, email, or mail to complete your payment step.

We do not share, sell, rent, or lease our customers' information with anyone for any reason. If you wish to be removed from our customer database or our eNewsletter list, contact us and we will remove you immediately.

Billing & Shipping Addresses
If you are paying for your order by credit card, it is important that you enter the billing address you use for that card. We verify this information, for your security, and if it does not match, it will delay shipment of your order.

We are happy to ship orders to you at an alternate address, or to family and friends, but again, for your safety, this may not always be an option. If this is your first order with us, if it for a large amount, or if it is being shipped to a country other than your own, we may contact you or your bank/credit card to verify that the order is authentic.

For this reason it is very important that we are able to contact you if we need more information. We do not want to delay your order being shipped, but your financial security is a very high priority to us.

If for any reason we feel an order has been placed fraudulently, we notify our payment processor and cancel the order immediately.

We will ship to the address as entered at the time of checkout. If you entered an incorrect shipping address or need to change the shipping address, contact us immediately at orderchanges@krishna.com. We process orders quickly but can attempt to correct the address for you. If your order has already been shipped, and the shipping method is UPS, we can often re-route your package to the correct address but you will be asked to pay the $10.00 UPS fee for this service.

Payment Options
We accept major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You will be asked for the credit card number, the expiration date, the name on the card, and the secure code from the back of the card. make sure that your billing address matched the address of the credit card you are using. Incomplete or unverifiable information will delay your order.

We also can accept payment by PayPal, which can also process credit cards and online checks quickly and securely. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. For your security, and to speed up order processing, you should consider having PayPal 'Verify' your PayPal account, which means they authenticate your information and tell us that you are who you say you are.

You can place an order online, by phone, or by mail/email and still pay by check or money order. Please note that we cannot hold any items you have ordered until payment is received though. Customs, Taxes & Duty
All orders shipped to a destination within the state of Florida are subject to sales tax. This varies from 6%-7.75% depending on the city and county destination.

A few items are not charged Florida sales tax, such as magazine subscriptions, standard editions of the Bhagavad-gita, donations, and gift certificates (Florida purchases paid for with gift certificates are taxed though).

We cannot calculate or pre-pay duties, taxes and other customs fees when shipping packages to international destinations. These are solely the responsibility of the recipient. If your order is late to arrive, the first step is to check with your local post office for this reason.

When packaging an international order, we enter the customs infomation as required by the postal system. We will not enter fraudulent information for any reason.

Changing Your Order
If you need to change your order for any reason, it is important to contact us right away. During business hours we process orders as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours of receiving it. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change it.

We will ship to the address as entered at the time of checkout. If you entered an incorrect shipping address or need to change the shipping address, contact us immediately at orderchanges@krishna.com. Shipping Methods
Please choose your shipping method with care. We prefer to only offer you the most secure shipping methods, but we also understand you may wish to economize.

Most UPS packages are trackable and insured. Delivery time varies by destination. All US orders are shipped by UPS, except those going to Hawaii, Alaska, PO boxes, or millitary addresses. International 'Urgent' shipping is fulfilled by UPS Global Express, and often includes aplicable taxes, tarrifs and fees.

Our 'Standard' shipping method to international destinations is US Post Priority Mail which is trackable and insurable. Our 'Express' method is US Post Express Mail, and is also trackable and insurable. Tracking is available based on the destination country's computer system compliance and sophistication.

If we need to change your shipping method for any reason, we will contact you before shipping. We sometimes require insurable and trackable ship methods for expensive orders or packages to certain destinations.

Mridanga Shipping
Because they are fragile instruments, we have chosen to ship all mridanga drums internationally by only two methods. Balarama style mridangas will only be shipped to US and Canadian destinations. When you order a mridanga shipped to an international destination, we will contact you to set up the shipping separately.

The two shipping methods available are US Post Express Mail and UPS Worldwide Saver. Both of these methods are more costly than standard postal rates, but they allow us to track and insure your mridanga in case of loss or damage in transit. US Post Express Mail generally takes 4-8 days to most destinations (allow for one or two more days for outlying regions). UPS Worldwide Saver shipping us a door-to-door service, and often includes applicable taxes, tarrifs and fees (depending on exact destination).

Because of the size and nature of mridangas, we choose not to ship by standard postal methods outside the US. If you insist on shipping by this method, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage once it leaves our warehouse.

Processing & Delivery
Once you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation. This means that your order is now available for us to process. We process orders during regular business hours (9:30-5:30 EST, M-F).

If you need to change your order for any reason it is important to call or email right away. Usually an order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of us receiving it. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change it.

While processing your order, we may need to verify payment or shipping information, or notify you about an out of stock item. If we cannot contact you, this will cause a delay in shipping your order, so please check your email regularly or make sure your phone number on your account is current.

For small issues that we cannot resolve such as out of stock items, we will ship the part of your order that is available. You will only be charged for the items that we ship. For larger issues with your order such as unverified payment or shipping inofrmation, we will hold your order completely until we can contact you. You will not be changed for an order that is held.

Once you order ships, we will send you an email receipt to verify what we shipped and where we shipped it to. This will show your order total as well as your ship method. Please keep this for your records.

Delivery time will vary depending on ship method and destination. Read more about shipping policies here. Please be aware that packages shipped by our 'Standard' methods are not usually insured or trackable, and we cannot accept responsibility for them once they leave our warehouse. It is recomended that you select the 'Expedited' level of shipment for speed and security, especially when shipping internationally.

If your order has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time based on your ship method and destination, there are several things to do before contacting us. Orders shipped by UPS automatically get an email notification with a tracking number that can be reference on the UPS website or by calling UPS. If your order was shipped by US Post to a US destination, check with your local post office. International orders are also shipped by Post, and it is common for your local post office to hold the package if there are any duties or tarrifs due on it.

Once you have checked with the shipper, please contact us right away. We will work with you to locate your package and resolve the shipping issue.

Packaging/Shipment
All orders are packaged with generous padding and placed in appropriate boxes or envelopes to ensure safe delivery yet keep the weight of the package light.

Some items need specialized packing and shipping and our online shopping software cannot customize this at the time of the order. Our shipping manager sometimes manually adjusts the weight of an order because it required more or less packaging, or if it needed to be split into multiple packages. We will let you know if this is a significant adjustment before shipping your order.

A few items that require adjustment:
*Posters, which ship in sturdy tubes and may arrive separately from other items you ordered.
*Book sets are often prepacked, requiring that any other items you ordered be shipped separately. (Some book sets are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer)
*Large musical instruments such as harmoniums and mrdangas which always ship separately for safety reasons.

If your order shipped in separate packages, please allow for a few days between package delivery. Also check your final receipt to make sure items you originally ordered were not put on back order or removed as discontinued.

Should any items in your order arrive damaged, or missing completely, please contact us immediately. Refund/replacement arrangements can be made up to 10 days from the time you receive the package. After a reasonable amount of time, damaged items can only be returned for partial store credit on arrangement.

Please be aware that some international orders are stopped and examined by the destination country's customs or postal officials. Damage during this process is the buyer's loss, including items removed or held by customs officials.

Also US orders shipped by US Post Media Mail or Parcel Post are not insurable, and we cannot be responsible for damage or loss during shipping. We make every attempt to pakage your order well, but these economical methods of shipping are not guaranteed and have a high rate of damage and loss.

International Orders
If you are shipping to an address outside the United States, there are a few very important things you should know.

Choose your payment method with care. We recomend using American Express or PayPal. We do not ship orders to an uncomfirmed address and often this process can take up to two weeks with other payment methods. As part of our continuing efforts to fight fraud, we do not ship orders to a country other than that of the billing address.

Shipping time varies from country to country, and is greatly effected by the postal system of the destination country. We can only give estimates on delivery time based on information provided by the US Postal Service. Click here for shipping policies.

Delivery rates are based on package weight, country destination, and level of service:
Standard & Expedited -- although these level of shipping are insurable and trackable (in most countries), we can only accept limited liability. We make every effort to package and ship responsibly, but once the package enters the destination country's postal system, it is out of our hands. We attempt to locate, replace, or refund orders, but this is not always possible.
Urgent -- this level uses UPS Global, which opperates indepentantly from local postal systems. It is automatically insured and trackable, and often includes any traffis or customs fees the package might require.

Our online software is only configured for the most common destination countries. If your country is not configured, it will select a simplified shipping scale, and we will manually reset your shipping to the correct amount once we process your order. If your order is unreasonably late, first check with local post office (if shipping by Standard or Expedited). Often your local post office holds packages that are due customs fees without timely notification. Then contact us immediately to help locate the package or determine the problem.

Customer Pick-ups
Choose this shipping method if you are in, or plan to be in, the Alachua, Florida, area and can come to our warehouse to pick up your order in a timely manner.

Once you place your order, contact us to let us know when you plan on picking up your order so we can have it ready for you. Be prepared to include Florida sales tax to any order you pick up from us. There is no shipping or packing fee for customer pick-up orders but we have to charge you sales tax.

And please keep in mind that we are a shipping warehouse, not a retail facility. Our warehouse is not safe or set up to browse leisurely. As always we will endeavor to accomodate you, but during our busiest times this is not practical, so please let us know you are coming.

Returns & Exchanges

Also be aware of our policies regarding voluntary returns or exchanges, which include a 10% restocking fee on direct returns. Shipping fees on voluntary returns/exchanges are also the customers' responsibility. If you need extended information on any product prior to ordering it, we will be happy research it for you to reduce the chance of a voluntary return.

Damaged or Defective

Many of the items we carry are cottage-industry products. Clothing is sewn by tailors, jewelry is handcrafted by artisans, worship and meditation items are made by hand individualy. Many books are printed on small presses in Indian workshops. Even quite a few CDs and DVDs we offer are produced by the artist or creator in home studios on CD-Rs or DVD-Rs. This allows for a wide variety of original and relevant products to be offered at reasonable prices, but it also increases the chance of human error.

Our quality control team catches most of the deffective or damaged items that come into our warehouse, but we realize some things ship out that do not meet the Krishna.com quality standards. If you receive a damaged or deffective item, please contact us immediately. We make every effort to make you happy when handling returns and exchanges brought to our attention in a timely manner.

Late or Lost
If you are concerned that your order is late or lost, please check two things before contacting us.

Check your email. Orders placed online have two confirmation emails. The first email is simply a notice that your order was successfuly placed in the system. The second email confirms that your order has been shipped. If there were any problems with your order, we have attempted to contact you about it and you would not have received the second (shipping confirmation) email.

Check with the shipper. If your order was sent by UPS, you would have received an automatic UPS tracking email at the email address we have on your order. International orders are sent by US Post, but since many countries charge tarrifs or customs fees on these orders, your package may be held at your local post office pending payment.

Once a reasonable amount of time has passed and you're concerned your package is late or lost, contact us so we can determine what the problem might be, and work with you to solve the problem to your satisfaction. Keep in mind that not all packages are insured or trackable once they leave our warehouse and we have limited responsibility for them. Read more about shipping methods.

As always, we can only estimate shipping time based on the information the shipper provides. Often rural areas require more delivery time. International orders are delivered through local postal systems which vary in reliability and speed. Natural disasters or social/political situations also cause delays or losses beyond our control. And holidays create unpredictable delivery schedules. So please order early if you are on a deadline, and allow for a reasonable delivery window of time before considering your package is lost.
