By Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura. Translated by Bhumipati dasa, edited and published by Pundarika Vidyanidhi dasa.
At the turn of the century smarta caste brahmanas and pseudo-religionists questioned the practices of Vaishnava society. During a pivital meeting in 1911, Bhaktisiddhanta spoke on three separate days.
On the first day he glorified the Brahmanas. On the second, he glorified the Vaishnavas. On the third day he contrasted the Brahmanas and Vaishnavas. In doing so, he deflected the arguments of the smartas and validated the Vaishnava practices of devotional service.
