Jadurani Dasi

Lord Krishna appears in the prison cell of Vasudeva and Devaki. He appeared as Lord Vishnu, holding a conch shell, disc, club, and lotus flower in his four hands. After instructing Vasudeva to take Him out of Kamsa's prison to the safety of Vrindavana, Lord Krishna appeared as a newborn child with wonderful lotus pedal eyes.

This painting was painted by Jadurani devi dasi in 1977.
