Bhaktivinoda Thakura reestablished, at the end of the nineteenth century, the teachings of Lord Chaitanya, which had been lost or misrepresented.
He wrote almost one hundred books explaining Krishna consciousness, and he exposed pseudo-incarnations of God and defeated misconceptions about life on the path of devotional service. Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura was both an active preacher and the Deputy deputy Magistrate magistrate for Jagannatha Puri, Orissa, as well as the father of ten children.
One of his sons was Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakura.
Reproduced on professional-grade photographic paper. (The actual print does not have the Krishna.com watermark.)
Also available in 8" x 10", 16" x 20", and 20" x 24".
