The border and headpiece are a stunning example in traditional jari work, intricate designs woven with metallic thread. A garden of blossoming flowers creates a sparkling border that is mirrored on the choli's sleeves and in the intricate design of the headpiece. Little silver roses are scattered across the body of the sari, for a charming extra embellishment that adds to the luxurious look.
The expertly woven jari designs of the headpiece create a heavy, luxurious work of art that showcases the artistry of Indian sari design. Blossoming roses and exotic flowers create a diamond pattern that shimmers against the rich-red silk. A row of intricately decorated paisleys embellished with tiny flowers sparkles along the edge of the headpiece, adding to the stunning style of this traditional wedding sari.
The sleeves of the matching red silk choli beautifully mirror the sari's border. The choli is fully lined with cotton for both comfort and durability. It is a size medium, but designed so it is easily tailored up to a large or down to a small.
